Wonderweiss hasn't been doing much since Aizen took over the universe. He used the time to learn a few words. He doesn’t really know anything about the world, the Espada, the shinigami, all the history leading up the current state of affairs or even his own power. Wonderweiss knows when and how to fight. He has learned some communication skills, but is still fairly difficult to understand. He is still not very intelligent and can barely write a sentence. Since he never actually learned speak, he still has no vocal communication skills. Wonderweiss is 100% loyal to the Arrancar but absolutely will not be disrespected.
